The Space Innovation Cup (or “Cup” for short) is a multi-phase innovation competition featuring selection rounds, pitch sessions, and phased funding.

The goal of the Cup is to identify and specifically support forward-looking ideas, technologies, and concepts in the field of space exploration and related areas of innovation.

Participants demonstrate their skills across several sequential phases. As the systems mature, the technical requirements and the complexity of the tasks also increase.

Participants are selected by a jury of proven and leading experts in the respective subject area.
