ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH APOC BREMEN

THE ECONOMY GAINS ACCESS TO YOUNG TALENT

Jobs with a promising future, especially for highly qualified people, characterize the aerospace industry in the state of Bremen. An excellent education in scientific principles and practical aerospace applications are the key to a successful career start in international aerospace research and high-tech industry.

Top-level research in Bremen provides sustainable support for this. More than 20 research facilities and institutes provide excellent qualifications for students. A large number of study and training courses ensure training and further education. This takes place in close cooperation and exchange between industry and the research institutions. The spectrum ranges from basic and applied research and bilateral contract research to the development of technologies for space missions and the production and qualification of space components.

There are various established concepts for cooperation between universities and industry: dual degree programs, Bachelor and Master theses, involvement of colleagues from industry in teaching, student projects in cooperation with industry, joint research projects, etc.

Concrete examples are the dual degree courses at HSB (Computer Science: Software and Systems Engineering, Automation/Mechatronics, Mechanical and Production Engineering) and the international double degree course “Engineering and Management of Space Systems” and student projects such as VIBES, 6G-Open-Lab.
